Spitpainting!

I joined the Spitpainting group on Facebook, and I have to say, it has been the single greatest source of motivation and inspiration for me in a long while.  The group's premise is very basic: 1.) 30 minute time limit to finish your painting 2.) NO phototextures whatsoever.  New topics are posted daily, and they are generally very vague.

Happy National Octopus Day!

It's been awhile since I updated, but don't worry, I'm still painting!  Mostly freelance stuff though... it's difficult to find time to paint for myself.  One of my commissions happens to be an Octopus, and I thought that was too good of an opportunity not to do my own octopus study on National Octopus Day (October 8)!

In Awe

Here are the works I produced for my personal project, " In Awe. "  It's a story about a boy and his animal companion, and they explore a world filled with ancient mystery and wonder.  I will definitely spend more time to flesh this out, and try to improve my ability to design and paint.  Thanks for visiting!
