Digital Painting - Week 8

I re-dressed the church interior I painted from before, and turned it into some spider infested lair.  Maybe fanatics come to sacrifice themselves for the spider-god .... or something :)

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to get that "painterly" look.. I feel like my stuff looks too "photoshopped"

Dynamic Sketching - Week 7 - Locomotives

For week 7, we went to Travel Town (in Griffith Park, Los Angeles), which is a museum of trains and locomotives!  It was a lot of fun, and the best part is that the museum was free.

Train Re-Design... I've been really fascinated with ocean creatures recently, so I wanted to design an underwater locomotive that uses the squid's swimming method as inspiration

Painted from sketches we did while on a field trip to the Pasadena City Hall..
